World Relief (Moline) - During the day, I am an English Language teacher.  Many of my students are refugees.  World Relief is an amazing organization that is trying to help these families that are moving to the U.S.A. because of persecution in their own countries.  I volunteer with World Relief by meeting with a wonderful Bhutanese lady one to two times a month to try to be an American friend to her.  I wanted to let you know about this organization just in case you would like to help or even donate household items and furniture to them.  They are always setting up apartments for new families coming in and extra chairs, dishes, hygienic products, etc. are always appreciated.  I always donated to Goodwill before but I've found that my donations to World Relief go directly to families who need the help desperately.  Go to their Facebook link to see even more things that they are doing to help those in especially high need of help. ~ Korah

In the Moment Photo Booth - Our friends Josh & Katie have an awesome photo booth that they bring to all kinds of events, but especially weddings.  They are trying to run a local business just like we are so we wanted to try to help spread the word about what they are doing.  Josh also does wedding DJing so I thought I'd share that to because he's good at what he does and charges very fair rates. ~ Korah

Armor Property Management - QC SoDa is located in the old Montgomery Wards Building downtown Moline, IL.  The building is huge and there is still a lot of space to share and rent out.  The owner of the building is a really nice guy who is wonderful to work with.  We are trying to help spread the word for him about the extra space that is available to rent.  If you know of a business that would like to set up shop too in the old Montgomery Wards building, please contact Dan Lee at (309)762-7667 to arrange a time to come and see the additional space that is available in the building. ~ Korah
