About me:
Andrea Rehm - Andrea uses founder Joseph Pilate's theories and classical exercises to cross-train athletes for injury prevention and performance enhancement as well as to help rehabilitate those who suffer from chronic pain. After over a decade of personal practice and collegiate study, she continues to practice Pilates to supplement her career as a professional ballet dancer. She is a Pilates Certified Mat Instructor with Balanced Body University, the original equipment and partner company of founder Joesph Pilates.

About the class:
Pilates is combination of stretching and strengthening exercises with an emphasis on breathing and coordination. No prior experience necessary -- each exercise can be modified from beginner to most challenging and will naturally progress as you do. Private lessons available. Bring water and a mat or towel. See you there!

Kim: Desk

mKim is a dancer in the community that has been a friendly face at the front check-in desk since QC SoDa's inception.  It is very common for our Tuesday and Thursday night dancers to see her checking everyone in. She is a valued member of our team.

Aymee: Desk

Aymee is a local dancer that specializes in swing dancing. She is one of the faces that greet our Wednesday dancers.  We are lucky to have her help here at QC SoDa. Keep an eye out for her cute dancing style.

Suzanne: Desk, Dance Host

mSuzanne is a great asset to the QC SoDa team.  She is one of our most versatile staff members in the fact that she is able to jump in as a Salsa instructor if the need calls, help in at the front desk or provide an example during a class by demonstrating a move with Gunter. She is an all around capable dancer, and has a special place in her heart for argentine tango.

Melanie: Desk

Melanie is a tremendous help at the studio.  She does much of the studio upkeep and maintenance, as well as watching the desk on Wednesday afternoons.

Amy: Music

mAmy helps with the tunes for the Saturday dances. She began her musical career singing with Vocal Expressions at the Lodge in Bettendorf. Now she sings, DJs, and dances at QC SoDa for their first and third Saturday dances and the seasonal dances as well.

Bella: Dance Host, Field

Bella comes to many of the classes and events in the evenings.  If you see her, she's always thrilled to dance.  She also helps out for daytime demonstrations and is an extra partner when classes aren't evenly matched up.
